Abstract: PaternityTesting technology is the scientific product with the humanmedicine and the biological technology developing highly,which is called a new revolution of court science. This article first elaborated the paternitytesting origin, the development as well as now the present situation, then unified the foreign legislation and put forward some proposals on paternitytesting suitable principle and the perfect system.
