All personages' reputation right question
Abstract: With the development of news industry, the legal dispute question among public personage , news media and social masses has already come out conspicuously. The discussion of the public personage's reputation right question, theoretically, namely seek the peaceful weighing apparatus of coordination among the reputation right , right of privacy , public right of being in know , public opinion authority to supervise. This text starts with analysing the background of the public personage's reputation right question, combine author's understanding of this question and know, have explained the concept , classification of public personages , the characteristic of and public personage's reputation right further, introduce the reputation right and relation analysis of the right of privacy, thus draw the essence of this question. The article proposes solving the problem scheme finally: Protection of public personage's reputation right and system design are proposed. Propose solving several principles of the public personage's reputation right problem on the basis of the thing that the article is described , for legislating to consult with the judicial practice.
